- 8.1 COURT APPOINTMENTS Persons appointed by the Court to serve as appraisers, fiduciaries, attorneys, magistrates in Involuntary Psychiatric Commitment proceedings, investigators, guardians ad litem, and trustees for suit, shall be selected from lists maintained by the Court.
